Ordered food from Tummy section via zomato around 9:30pm on June 30th, 2022. It was closing day and i was stuck with lots of work and thinking of having good food while working.
I got the delivery around 9:50pm but the items were missing. Then i contacted delivery guy who refused to come back and he mentioned that he didn't check the order while accepting it from restaurant and then I contacted restaurant who mentioned that rider might have taken it out.
Since it was not sealed packet which was confirmed by both parties delivery agent and tummy section, one item is missing due to fault of one of the party and somebody is telling the lie.
I explained the same to zomato customer care executive but instead of resolving my issue, they were keep on disconnecting the chat. I spoke to three different chat executives and they were just asking me to give feedback.
Due to this long continuous chats, I was mentally exhaust and neither i was able to work nor ate my food. i was harassed for almost an hour. You could understand my mental level, my boss is after my life due to deadline.
I didn't get my food then got stuck in the vicious circle of zomato customer care. i finally ate my food at 11:30 pm after ordered from swiggy as I lost trust on zomato.
I am attaching proofs regards Zomato chats, call logs and cctv footage of from receiving to open. And swiggy food bill.
