I had ordered the product from zellica on 14.09.2021, till now i did int get the product, customer care also not supporting. once i called customer care they said order got cancelled.

And he is asking me to install some unofficial app , and that app request allow to access number and messages. then i told i can't install the app which is not safe to my mobile and my personal information.

Then that person said if u don't install the app refund will not happen, what is this? it is so unprofessional. i need the refund amount. but till now refund is not yet done.

I am very much frustrated, I am calling customer care every day, they don't respond the call. i mailed to customer care also from them also no reply. I need the refund amount.
