Zaavio is doing product advertisement on Facebook page and displaying various features of this product included but not limited to Steel toe for protection, very comfort cushioning for long use of shoe, unmatched material quality and workmanship, etc.
I have ordered one pair of shoes on 15th Of Oct'2021. But after a week I realized there is no information update from Zaavio about product delivery. I written a mail and asked for delivery.
Zaavio replied they have shipped the material and tracking can be done on their portal. when I have checked on portal it was showing product has not been shipped. After two three communication I felt something is wrong with the company.
So i asked them to cancel my order and refund the amount. But they didn't. SO, THIS IS UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR OF ZAAVIO I HAVE NOTICED.After a long chase I have received the product but I tell you this cheap and third-class product.
SO, I WANT TO TELL YOU PLEASE DON'T RELY ON ZAAVIO ADVERTISEMENT AND NEVER BUT THEIR PRODUCTS.

Reply I ordered some bags from zaavio company amt is Rs:-999/- my order no. Is 107635. I received my order.but I didn't get the bags which are shown in the video and photos. It's totally different. The size of the bags, their fabric, everything is different, I saw in the reviews and people have got exactly the same bags which are shown in their own videos and pictures.But I have found something different, which I am not happy with, I feel this is totally money wasted.And one more thing I haven't even received any invoice with my order, A shipping detail has been attached to the order in which the order number is completely different from my order number.
