Refund not received in source account, Yatra.com

Yatra.com is not refunding the amount of tickets booked for Air Asia PNR S6MMVQ, P3F5NZ, WV32VY, J6YK6N, X9PZNH, Z79VJA. It is transferring all the amount to its wallet and not returning it to my source account. This is a fraud and I need my money back in my source account. My yatra username is [PROTECTED]@gmail.com.
There is just one option online to refund the amount and the money automatically goes to their wallet from where it is impossible to transfer to my bank account
