Hii Sir/madam.
This abhi from hyd. Actually I'm a B. Tech Student. I have worked in the company named Yars Solution, gandimaisamma, hyd for one month. i.e., from June 23rd to July 31st as a Site Supervisor (Water proofing).

After that i had my b.tech exams, so i taken the permission from Samarasimha reddy Sir. He is the owner of that Company. After exams i got holidays, I went to my Village. The second wave has started.

So I kept leave for one month. After my leave I went to company for rejoin. They didn't accept my request and my salary of one month, I have worked also not given to me. I asked SS Reddy Sir, he said that I won't give your Salary if u worked only for one month.

I have proofs that i worked for one month. And i have some call recordings with the Boss and other employees of that Company regarding with this issue. But at the starting of my job they didn't said this rule.

Now they are not ready to give my salary and my job also. Finally Hope u understand my Situation. Please help me to get away from this problem Sir/Madam.
