My order id is XC[Protected]. I received a defective phone from xtra cover .When I asked for refund they asked for images and videos of problem. Then i send all the videos and images to xtra cover concern dept-([PROTECTED]@xtracover.com) ([PROTECTED]@xtracover.com).
After that they arrange a pickup and i sent this phone to xtra cover. Now after pickup, already 20 days spend in this whole process but nothing found - refund nor phone. when i call to customer care no. ([Protected]).
All time they give me same excuse your problem is under process. It took 20 days for me after 50 times following up. please help me and i want my refund.
