I want to complain about the delivery attempts made by Xpress bee with AWB number [Protected]..

Only 1 call i missed and the same day i called up the delivery agent and asked me to hold on the parcel and not to return it back.

I waited for almost 10 days without even contacting me they returned the product .such a pathetic delivery service.

I also called the the customer care to register a complaint but no response .

Kindly refrain from using this courier service .
