The outdoor unit of air conditioner was faulty and substandard due to high noise appeared to be coming from the compressor ever since it was installed on 21 Mar 2020. The same was complained immediately to the installation team for replacement,but was ignored. I have also requested the area manage (Mr Suresh) who agreed to replace the outdoor unit soon after the lockdown as the unit was to be brought from Vijayawada. He soon forgot and ignored as time passed. My further followup and repeated emails to the company were ignored and only resulted in convincing the customer and closing the issue. A new cycle of ticked would be generated who would enquire the whole story from the beginning without any result. The noise problem which I described (also email communication to the company) was never resolved till now. We also spent several days in summer not able to use the ac due to high noise. We also asked by our neighbours for the loud noise from Voltas ac and they were also troubled and disturbed. he same was explained to the company but my several requests were ignored and allowed us to suffer. We lost our money and peace of mind for buying such substandard and faulty Voltas Air conditioners. I request for replacement of the outdoor unit. Please find the attached documents of repeated emails to the company which were ignored without resolving the issue.
