Through M/s V Trans cargo packers & Movers, Chennai i opted for shifting my house hold items from Chennai to Jamshedpur on 10.1.22. Total 22 items. During booking i was informed that insurance charges will be 3%. but after materials were packed and loaded i was told i need to pay insurance as 7% and GST 18%.

I had clearly informed that i dont't have any GST registration and hence 18% GST should be removed and also only 3% insurance to be charged as informed during booking. They did not agree for this and i was forced to pay Rs.35800/. including insurance and GST before my materials left from chennai On 16th january morning I was told that my materials reached at Jamshedpur and unloading has to be taken care by me.

Due to this vehicle was held up near my residence and caused heavy traffic nuisance for more than 8hours. After i could arrange labours, i unloaded the materials. As the vehicle was loaded with other heavy items which was not belonged to me, unloading labours demanded Rs. 3000.

I have not received this money from the Dealer till now, though before materials left chennai i had paid full amount including Rs 3000 as Unloading charges. Moreover I have not received final invoice, Insurance documents from the Dealer till now. i am unable to claim for damages and some missing items in the received materials.
