I'll return my product one time I'll submit it and now no one is coming to pick up my product and new return request are also not show in the app and only show your pickup is awaiting for pickup
This is show last 36 hour. Pickup my product and soon as possible my money is refund.

I have returned a request from the application portal within 2 days of delivery. After I requested the address change and customer executive told me that the address will be updated after 24-48 hours. After that the next day the pickup agent will come to the previous address, and I told him that I have changed the address so right now my courier is not available. He told me that your address will not change that's why i next day i was take my order with me and other pickup agent was go for pickup parcel on updated address. I told him to cancel the request and I talked with customer care for a 2nd time return request and they told me it will be completed 24-48 hours but still not getting any response. Also, the delivery service is not good. They didn't deliver a courier and sent messages then could not connect to you without any call.
