I had placed return request. my order I'd is [Protected]there are two products in same order I'd. first I got message that my return request has been approved second day delivery boy has picked my parcels.

After pickup I got a call and message that my return has been rejected because of wrong description because i mentioned that i didn't like the quality of the product and i should i have change into size issue why should i?

If i didn't like the material. I have to reapply for return I asked her how could I because I already sent my parcel so she said that she will send some kind of message but I got nothing. now no one is responding me.

I lost my money and my product too. so i mail them but they didn't respond.i chat to their customer support but they don't have any information about anything. they keep saying that you didn't see any return request from my side.

Also i was showing screenshots. i don't know what kind of customer service they are providing. I want my money back. i will never gonna buy anything from this website.
