Out of 2, 1 Item not received but took COD for 2. Pick up person dint come. No refund is made till 3 days. I m shocked to read the complaints against the company that there are so many whom the company has doped up.
Company is bogus and liable to be sued. Plus rude answer give. Fake toll free number is posted.

Its has been more than 20 days since i returns my parcel due to size issue and they haven't pick up yet... i have been asking and sent email to the company and they give me the same answers by they will pick up the parcel 2-3 days but still haven't pick up yet.... alwys been a loyal fans of urbanic iam very disappointed by these issue
Reply I ordered on 22 feb and supposed to be deliver on 6 mar but didn't received any parcel and got message delivered. I Payed online i want refund please
