Had placed a prepaid order of 2 shirts and 1 jean on june 10th 2022 from urbanic app they gave a estimated deilivery date between 13th to 23rd june 2022 but still the status of the order on the app is under processing.
When i mailed the support they say the products are in overseas warehouse so the delivery is delayed.
Later received another mail saying they have an issue with the logistics so the order will be delayed and again received another mail saying that they are an international brand so they take time for customs and shipping.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
Since it is a prepaid order am more worried.
