I made an order of one jeans and an earrings on 30th November 2021 at night around 8:30pm. But while making payment in first attempt through paytm it was showing failure and I made one more attempt for Rs 945. In this way two times my amount has been deducted from my account for the same transaction.
Apart, I made the complaint through email on your email id [PROTECTED]@support.com and on customer care message but no satisfactory reply from your side, how you people can be so careless and take such things for so granted.
Its very disappointing that you people are not serious about such kind of issues and having a rapport building policy in your terms and conditions. In this way, you treat your consumers by avoiding them.
Its has been more than two days since amount has been debited from my account
Kindly, work on it and refund my money as soon as possible its only what I am asking, my money back.
