My name is Lokesh and my number is [Protected]. I have been having same issue time and again. I have scheduled a hair cut at home at 0730 pm 01 may 2022 and to my surprise u never had any professional to take care of. Till now 02nd May [Protected]AM no update from urban clap. They advertise falsely that they will provide service but in reality they never do. They show slots available online and they do no have any professional. No one from urban company contacts the customer to update. Urban company is a fraud company.
Urban company is making fool of people. This has not happened for the first time. In the past as well i have faced issues.
U make a booking today and they will assign a professional after 48 hours and will not even update you.
Urban company CEO Mr. Abhiraj Bhal is also blind and deaf. He is greedy for money. They have idiots working in the company.
Till now i have had no updates from urban company. They will take money in one minute and will not provide service to you and then they will keep.money for 7 days. Also they have no one to answer calls. They have been dragging me from the pillar to the post. In the past as well i have had same issues with urban company. Urban company is a shameless company and so is Abhiraj Bhal. They are shameless. They have third class customer service. All urban company knows is how to do fraud and how to loot customers. They have very bad reviews and still they are doing same mistakes. After they take money they will forget the existing customer and start hunting for another innocent customer to loot and irritate them.
Urban company must be thrown out of india.
Urban company, their employees and CEO Abhiraj Bhal are such shameless people that inspite of getting feedback they will never work on it and keep making same mistakes time and again.
They don't have employees, they don't have professionals. They will never update you on your request.
Third class company hai urban company. I will post this experience every where on Social media and let people know of urban company false and malicious practices.
A customer is GOD for urban company when giving money in advance, however, the customer becomes a DOG when it comes to offering services on time.
Urban company and their employees have been mentally harassed me for a long time.
My experiences with Urban company is like pain in the ass.
My questions is " if you do not have professional for the given time slot why the hell urban company takes bookings and make people fool why urban company drags a customer from the pillar to the post "
