I had booked an electrician appointment on 12th April who made 7 drill holes on my white wall even after clearly instructing him where not too. while the electrician still at home i called and spoke to customer care.
Ashu answered the call and asked to book a painter job with them who will fix the walls with no cost the booking was for 12th April 7pm however till today 22nd April after more than 50 calls from my end not a single resolution and false promises of call backs but never receive a call.
They cancelled the painter booking without informing me and now not answering any of my calls. I had to repeat my issue with each and every associate as if they do not have any record of my conversation.
10 days multiple hours wasted without any resolution. I had spoken and explained my concern to more than 8 associates in last 10 days but each one of them promises of call back which they do not fulfill.
I was not begging for any favor it is a damage by their electrician which they are liable to fix but now not attending to any of my call. Urban company has a damage control policy but it seems all these are only a gimic and not true at all.
This is the worst customer service i have ever encountered and want them to suffer for the harassment they are causing me.
