On 28th April 2022, I booked a professional from Urban company. The company’s professional damaged my Air conditioner and now they are not resolving my issue, I have raised many complaints.

But everyday theirs executive calls me and tell me that we are working on your complaint but I haven’t received any proper answer till date. They are fooling me everyday and now I m tired of urban company they are fraud and they are doing fraud with many people everyday.

They never resolves any issue and their professional are not really professional at work. Everyday I contact urban company and their executives answered that we are working on your issue.

And then other executive calls and tells same lines and then disconnect the call
I m very disappointed and feels like I made a mistake to chose Urban company.
