Dear sir,
I have to purchase a mobile handset in emi. emi periods 12months only But 10 emi's i have to cleared. but after a time i cant pay that because covid pandemic situation.

For this time i cant pay 2emi because my father was admitted in hospital 2 emi cost 3000/only So there executive come to my home and forcefully seized my phone and say that come to the head office with 4000/ and take your phone.

I am going after few days but they are saying me total cost 7000/ you have to pay this for back your phone. i cant afford it so i cant take that but after few months 5000rs debited from my account by tvs credit services.

So i have to decided taking back my phone Please help me out sir. i m very poor. i am only the person who lookout my family. please response me sir.
