Sir I have not taken any auto loan from TVS credit firm but your customer loan is showing on my civil. I wanted to give an application to remove it but manager etc refused to take it and said that it will not recover from here while civil company is saying that we can't remove this fraud until concerned Firm does not approve. Sir, my mood has completely spoiled the manager etc. You have to take home loan. Due to this I am not able to get home loan. Debts that have nothing to do with me have been imposed on me. By law, they should be defamed, but I am thinking from the system level that it should be dealt with, while the CIBIL company is saying that it will not be removed till the approval of the firm concerned. They don't know what the problem is, they are denying any responsibility to fix it while the company sends it to CIBIL. Sir, you are requested to take cognizance of the above matter and help me to solve my problem.
