I had sent my saree for dry cleaning at tumble dry cleaners in Chennai annagar (diamond associates). Picked by staff Samir. I showed him the pre checking and inspecting my saree then only I hand over the saree to him in good condition.
So it’s dry cleaned and fresh to drape for next occasions. But unfortunately my unfortunate as a customer I am facing it was about to returned to me in 4-5 days. During the process they have damaged my heavy sarees and it has colour betted all over, shrinkage in fabric.
They have already charged me for the dry cleaning service before the service was completed. Initially I was informed that they are trying to get the sarees reprocessing and I agreed to the same.
But they are damaged my heavy saree with the amount of damage done. I am not sure if it can be repaired hence a reimbursement is needed. My heavy sarees is all about worth ₹30000 including Heavy sarees 1)
Jamadani which is fully damaged colour betted and the franchise owner agreed to it, 2)The maroon pure silk Kanchipuram saree with dark dots grime on the saree, 3)The cream vegan silk saree fully red colour betted, 4)
The cream jute silk saree dark black patches, the vegan silk multi colour Meenakshi work saree is totally shrinkage,5) Pink Georgette crepe pearl delicate worked totally fabric shrinkage and delicate pearl work threads rolling out.
Out of 9 sarees 5 totally damaged .it took more than a fortnight approx. The second batch of sarees where suppose to be delivered on 12th but they dragged it till 15th and in such a damaged condition.
Later she wanted time till Monday 20 June. She gave excuse like She visited to hospital and blah blah. I met the franchise owner in person on Wednesday June 22, as she couldn’t come to my place with the solution stated that due health conditions I visited their outlet.
The proprietor first of all was not aware, as not seen the saree before and after the damage, the staffs who picked up the saree agreed the fault has happened and Ma. Swetha and Mr. Yuvraj explained to me that Samir to picked our clothes is suffering covid positive, lungs affected with water he couldn’t come it’s all stories backing.
No apology to customers, Directly trying to convince customer for reprocessing the fault Which I am ready for it. I agreed to reprocessing the first batch of sarees and couldn’t rectify it how I can I trust and give again.
First timing is the first and last impression. Customer handling, service is pathetic. I need refund of the dry cleaning service as well as reimbursement for my damaged sarees.
I do not want any compensation of voucher or any complimentary for dry cleaning service from tumble and dry since services from tumble dry are pathetic and failed in your process and services.
I need only a reimbursement and refund of charges.

Worst service and harassment to customer I got my shirt drycleaned from Tumbledry- Pathetic service, they do not have answer to the damage. They destroyed my 12k shirt and thinking that customer can’t pay 400 rupee. If you reach customer care or email them, it’s of no use they will never handle your complain. The franchise owner harass customer with messages. Infant the person who owns the franchise has more rights as compared to their other heads, that’s what I have seen in my case. The franchise owner harass the customer and Noone is the company is ready to take actions against him. They send executive to your home saying pick n drop free, but their intentions are not good. If you file complain against them they will put false alegation on customer only and step back. This message is especially for girls beware of such people. Locals drycleaners are far better then tumbledry especially in Meerut city.
Reply Beware guys . Tumbledry.in is a fraud company . In the name of deal they cheat you .It was a horrible experience with tumbledry dry . My very expensive curtains were spoiled . They charge exuberant money and they do not have any plant . They are frauds and cheaters . The staff is very rude and not at all co-operative .They are fraud in the sense that they will ask for advance payment saying they will give a deal .After that they will deduct whatever amount they want . They spoil the clothes and on top of it they will not respond or take responsibility. So please don't waste your time and money on dryclean from them . Better opt for other dry cleaners who are professional.

They have not dry cleaned the saree, they simply ironed and gave it
My order ID number i I had gave 7 cloths for dry cleaning. I received 6 out of the 7 cloths but one saree was still left and they took the complete payment on that day only. The 1 saree which was delayed was later delivered to me on 15 February and its print had been completely ruined. After checking I found out that 1 more saree's print had been ruined. I called them on the same day on this number [Protected]and complained and they accepted that the order was delayed because its colour had been ruined but still they gave us the saree in the ruined condition. We continuously talked to him everyday . Then on 24th February his senior (owner) called me. His number is [Protected]. He told me that he knew that those 2 saree's colour had been ruined(the colour had spread). Then on 26th February he arranged for a pick up and said that they would get the sarees fixed. Today, on 10th March, they are telling me that those whats ruined cannot be fixed. They told us that we can complain wherever
I gave 35 clothes for washing 25 are ruined. Dont give your clothes for washing to this company.
I can't even rate them so poor is their service.My brand new white shirt and aqua Levis jeans both were spoiled .Both had pink color on multiple places on it thus destroying entire cloth. They are not ready to refund or take any measure to rectify this.Pls be aware of this scam company
Tumble Dry Paikpara, damaged my two products one jacket and one top. Both are winter garments. They have spoiled the product in first wash, post complain, they tried to re-wash and this time the original color did note return on top of it the fabric got damaged. When asked for a solution they are denying the pay my original cost for product, but will pay only the amount * 10 times of the washing charge and that too in wallet and forcing me to give them more items to get damaged. Disguisting service by tumble and dry India ,They cheat they charge you heavy damaged the clothes and worst service ever .So called World class tumble and dry solutions .Please don't trrust ...tumble dry annanagarchennai worst service ever and very rude lady Swetha after all the damage done no apology to customers .They cheat hard-earned money of customers
