My name is Tuba Fasate I am from Navi Mumbai. I downloaded Trell app from Google Play Store. First I ordered a face wash from there on Cash on delivery it came right.
So I thought it is a legit app just like other apps Amazon flipkart etc. After some time I collected some point on app by watching videos and doing activities. I thought I should redeem that now so I add 8 products of beauty and cosmetics to my cart and redeem those 700 points.
The final amount which I suppose to pay was 613.26INR and this time I paid the amount through net banking they shared a link for payment which was razorpay and I paid through that from gpay.
Money was deducted transaction was successful. I got mail of payment successful I also have proof of that. After some time I got a message that my order got cancelled they didn't give me any valid reason they just cancelled it on their own and refund will be done in 48hours.
But I received nothing. I tried to contact them by their customer service mail I sent them so many mails but I got zero answer. I tried their customer care number but they just put me on hold I tried so many times for hours but they didn't answer never answer no response.
No respect for customer no proper customer service. On the app reviews I find same cases from so many people. It's based in Bengaluru Karnataka. Please help.
