My flight ticket was cancelled automatically and email was sent stating money will be refunded to the same bank account in 10-15 working days. Meanwhile, I used to contact customer support for the refund status,
They said money will refund to bank account, later on they said refund has been failed so we will refund the money to wallet. Still I requested them not to credit it to the wallet since I wont use it and travel in flight in future.
But they sticked to their word stating money will be credit to wallet and you can it for flight booking if you wish to travel. In fact, they already said money will be refunded to bank account also the same says in their company policy.
Before initiating the refund, I have requested them via email, Facebook and Instagram not to credit back to wallet because I wont use it and travel in flight in future but still they refunded to their wallet.
No the money is of no use being in wallet since I cant take back or travel in flight just for the purpose to use it. It would be great if they could take it back and refund it to my back account as their policy said.
