I have booked a flight ticket on dt. 25.05.21 in the name of Pradeep Khandelwal with reference no. REF[Protected]from Dr. Ambedkar International Airport Nagpur to Indira Gandhi International Airport Delhi Terminal 3 . Airline, Air India AI - 469. journey dt. 27.05.21 Thursday Departure time 09:10 AM from Nagpur and Arrival time Thursday 10:50 AM to Delhi.

Payment has been done Rs. 3976/- . But my ticket cancelled due to fare expiration. Then i have called to customer care no. which is 0[Protected]. He said within 2 working days your refund have been received in your A/C. which you have used in the time of payment. Then after seven days i have again called to customer care to know what is the status of my refund.

But call was not received. Then after i have called many times to customer care but no reply from their side. After this i send an email to his ID that is [PROTECTED]@travolook.in. After this i received an email from his side , that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 07-10 working days ( excluding Satuday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday ). But the refund not received yet.
