Refund Pending; Travo Look

Used Travolook for the first time , Booked a flight in the name of Mayank Joshi-REF[Protected]on June [Protected]from Pune to Varanasi and the booking was never completed due to operational issues from the Travolook.
Since June I have been following up with Travolook but no positive response received from them on refund. Every time response received was the amount will be transferred within 7 days but no refund yet.
In Nov 2021 they informed that they have transferred the amount to Travolook wallet, upon requesting multiple times they are not transferring the amount to source account.
No response received from them on transferring the amount back to source account. Its been more then 6 months the amount is pending with them.
