I was booking my flights for Goa from Delhi on 29 Jan 2022 on travolook.in but they have cancelled my 2 tickets stating that there was some technical problem. I made multiple calls to them.

Since that day for refund and every time they give me the same response that they have initiated the refund from their end and we will get it within 7 working days without giving us any details of their request.

I have even sent them emails also for that but they don't care to bother. Its been now 4 months but they still give us the same response. I have search and found that I am not the only one who is cheated from this company.

I have found that everyone is having the similar issue. This site is totally fraud, do not book your tickets from this site. Its completely unacceptable. I have also attached the snapshot of the booking references.
