Refund not given for cancelled booking

Booking reference:-REF[Protected]My booking transaction was failed on 25/02/2022 for which I was supposed to get the refund of Rs 3284 within 7 days …it’s has been approx 2 months I still haven’t got any refund. Every time I call the customer care they keep on telling it will take more 7 days…I request you to please take action against this issue.
