I booked two tickets for me and my son from Tirupati to Hyderabad through Travolook website on 21.04.2022 for Rs 8422/-. Amount was debited from my friend's Amazon ICICI credit card.

Immediately they called and said that the tickets were cancelled and refund will be credited with in 7 working days. 15 days over. I called and sent mails many times but every time they say like some technical issue is there.

Will credit with in 2 days. But till now no refund I received. And if we call them, nearly 30 minutes we need to wait to talk with customer care people. Some times after waiting 30 minutes suddenly call will cut.

Then again we need to call and wait for minimum 30 minutes. And today I asked very seriously then they simply disconnected the call. Again I called and waited for 40 minutes, she also disconnected the call.

For my mails no proper solution reply I received. I searched to know about this website in YouTube. I found that it is a fraud agency. Many people like me were cheated with this agency.

Kindly do the needful. And i learnt a lesson that don't trust all websites who offered lowest rates.
