I tried to book my ticket. during the process I made the payment and after successful payment a message appear on screen and saying to wait for 30 mins for the confirmation.
Within 30 mins I received a email that booking is cancelled. Yet they have not picked my call also not responding to my emails that when they will refund the amount back to the source.
