Money Not Refunded And They Have Also Not Booked My Ticket; Travo Look

I paid INR 11520 to book ticket on 17th Dec 2021 and within few few they called me to tell fight ticket has been raised and you have to pay more so i asked them cancel and refund immediately.
But they have still not refunded beside following them in email and call multiple times and they never reply in email nor they resolve it in the call. Booking no. REF[Protected].
