Has Taken My Money And Not Returning; Travo Look

I had booked a flight from them from Mumbai to kolkata and they deducted my money saying there’s fare expiration and didn’t provide me with the PNR, and now they are not refunding my money.
It’s been days and still they are asking me to wait for another week. They have been telling me this since the first day that it will take 7 days and it has passed, still they aren’t giving me my refund.
They are cheats that’s mentioned everywhere on google. Just researched about them. Still do not know how the cops are not catching them when they are scamming like this.
