On 17/01/2022 I have ordered a hammock (jhula) white & pink steel large swing from thecartshop.in via online with order number #2552 by paying Rs 699/-. Rs 699/- got deducted from my account immediately.
But till now no communications via mail or message about my order, also till now i have not received the order although company had promised to get the product delivered to me by 23/01/2022.
There is no tracking number provided to me nor anyone from company ever bothered contacting me.There is also no customer care number to know the whereabouts of the order.
I have attached the screenshot of order & payment proof of my order for reference. Please solve the issue & get the shown HAMMOCK (JHULA) STEEL LARGE SWING as ordered & paid by me ASAP.
If not possible for delivery please take steps for refund of my money Rs 699 /- immediately. Thecartshop.in is a fraud company which is very irresponsible and should be banned in India for ecommerce business.
In the link thecartshop.in showed some alluring products with less price & make fool of the consumer by cheating them. Please take strong action against these fraudulent companies.
For my personal case please take steps for either delivery of the product or refund of my money as soon as possible.
