I placed an order with The Shopping Tree, an online jewellery store on 11/05/2022 through their website https://www.theshoppingtree.in. I waited for many days but did not get any updates on my order.
It kept showing ready to ship. At this point of was concerned that this business was a scam and didn't know what to do. I emailed them but got no response. Finally, after 9 days of waiting, I got a call from them on 20/05/2022, where they informed me that one of the products was not available.
So I opted to cancel that product and get a refund. They told me to send a message on their WhatsApp number [Protected]so that they could refund the amount immediately.
I sent the message and even attached a picture of the exact product I was cancelling with the price amount. It is now 28/05/2022 and even after numerous unresponsive emails and calls, which always come busy, I have not received my refund of Rs. 699/-
This is especially frustrating because I received the other products but still haven't received my refund. I continue to call their Whatsapp number, but no one receives the call.
I am frustrated and disappointed with their customer service, but most of all, I am concerned about my hard-earned money. Please help me obtain my refund amount.
