I was contacted by a representative from learners camp institute on April 2020 for a business analyst training and job placement. After enrolling the classes just went for 2 days and it stopped Even after many months the class didn't go through and Imran.

The CO of learners camp reached me and promised the course completion and job placement. Believing him we took a education loan of Rs. 45000 and Rs. 1,35,000. The job guarantee which was sent as document confirmed us unless we are placed we don't need to pay any money.

The two loans were marked with my account in EMI and each month Learners camp Imran would pay on my behalf. After June 2021 the loans are not being paid and excuses are said of system issue.

We got a notice from Eduvanz the loan provider of pending EMI for 3 months and I consulted a lawyer and filed a legal notice back.There was no response. I filed a case against Imran in the Commissioner office as well.

The case came to my local station and Imran was questioned via call. He agreed to pay the loan and a written letter was got from the station. This happened on December 2020.

Till date there is no improvement and he is still giving excuses. Please do help us solve this matter as more than 50 students are affected.
