Ordered watch but item is not intact in Box and no item found when box is opened. We have talked to customer care and raised a complaint but after several weeks follow up, no response form tatacliq.

They said we have escalated to top management but unresolved. I want the item ordered or refund of money.Several phone calls and emails send to Tatacliq but no response.

Tatacliq is not resolving anything, i have been ordering items from this group since many years and lost faith and trust on Tatacliq.
