WRONG MODEL NUMBER AC DISPATCHED

I bought the Lloyd 1.5 Ton Inverter 3 Star Copper (2020 Range) GLS18I36WSBP (R-32) Split AC (White) from your website on 8th April which was delivered on 18th April. It was installed on 23rd April and after installation it was found the cooling was not proper & after checking it was found that the wrong model was delivered to me.
I ordered the model No- GLS18I36WSBP & there were sticker also pasted on the AC as per the picture during order (snapshot attached), but i got the model no-GLS1813FWSBP as per Invoice which does not match the ordered model.

INCIDENT PLACE- Rohtak
Desirable resolution- Refund or return of product.
