I have placed a return request for the product I purchased on 25 Mar 2022, product was picked up after repeated calls on 17th Apr 2022, but did not receive any confirmation from bluedart or tata cliq about picked up product.
I have been contacting tata cliq customer care but no resolution provided. It's been 1 month and I don't have the product nor amount was returned. Whenever I call customer service they respond that their team will call back.
Bluedart lost the product somewhere and not confirming the status, the return request status is also showing as cancelled in app. Thanks for looking into this issue.
