Tata Cliq customer Executive Continuously Harassing us they are delaying the reverse pickup of My defective AC which I bought from their app. I requested the return within 7 days which comes under return period but now they are constantly telling lie and torturing us.

They always say your issue will be resolved in 24 hours and you don’t need to do anything we will get it done with 2 days, now it has been more than 10 days but still they are torturing us, harassing us because they are not ready to resolve this issue they are just faking to help and today a lady customer care was also talking very rudely.

I DESPERATE now as this refund means a lot it is a big amount. My wife is pregnant and had to stay I n Delhi just because of this return but still this issue is not resolved I don’t know what to do I am completely helpless.

And feeling robbed because of this Tata cliq and there customer care executives they are the biggest scammers. please help me out as they are not doing anything just fooling me and my family I need my mom back please help me.
