Hi,
I HAVE ORDERED A BLUE TOOTH SPEAKER AT TATA CLIQ BUT INSPITE OF MY CANCELLATION THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED a defective speaker on 30th of April 22.
I'VE spoken to customer care dept. several times (more than 20 times) but always the hopeless executives are telling it will be picked up and refunded within two working days.
But now it is almost 20 days and i have not seen neither any pick up boy nor any refund done by the company. I am totally fade up.
