Refund My Amount From Cancelled My Flights; Travo Look

I have booked a flight from Varanasi to Bengaluru the name of Mr. Parmod Yadav, My booking reference No REF[Protected]dated 03 Apr 2021 and paid through net banking and cancelled same day due to mismatch of amount. But my payment is not refund till date.
I call to customer care support Mr. Lorence and he told me your amount will be refunding in one week of your account but refunding my amount in my account. I have been 4-5 times call to customer care. But no any response. Sir kindly you are requested to instruct to Tarvolook Airlines Company to my payments early.
