I am working as a swiggy delivery partner. I did not get my 1st week's salary till date. At first, my phone number was in the place of my account number. I knew it only after 3 days so I immediately changed it to my account number.
But they say that they have sent the salary to the phone number, but when I approached the bank with the transaction ID they have given the bankers said that no such transaction existed.
I am receiving my other weeks salary buy not getting the 1st week's alone. When i approached the company they say it is all my fault. Please sort this problem out ASAP. i have raised so many tickets till date and there is still no proper response.
I sent all the bank statements, tickets and everything.
