Its been few orders now the swiggy instamart store owner delivering wrong milk continuously. Its been really a pathetic experience. For past order when i order A 2L Milk of Amul Full Cream i was getting delivered 2L Milk of Mother Daily which i don't want.

For that order i was getting refunded the full amount and i even asked them to pick the wrong product but they said i can keep them as they don't have any process for return. 2 days ago the same thing happened.

And i filed complaint but now they denied the thing that they can't refund or compensate me for the same because the thing is not validated by their team. The same mother daily milk was delivered instead of amul full cream and i don't understand what else they need to validate the case.

And they said they don't have any process to refund or compensate for this order. I have clear picture that their agent accepted that resolution will be provided in 6 hours but nothing is given and even its now 2.5 days and they are denying everything.

They said that their guidelines for not support such a refund for such a order. When i asked them to give the same in writing that the order delivered and the one i ordered are the same their agent said that they cant do so.

When i asked them to show their such a illogical guidelines, that even a child can differentiate that wrong product is delivered, i never received any guidelines. I have call recording of the agent and a screen shot of what pic is shared by me that day.

I request you to file a complain and investigate on the kind of fraud that is taking place in this company which is not at all tolerable.
