Swiggy: Multiple Problems Faced By All Swiggy Team

I have ordered 8 food item from swiggy at 6 p.m. and got 4 item delivered after 2 hour and that too has cooled down and got soggy and got spoil food and 2 delivery partners have changed during my order 2 customer service person have change but no one solved my issue all just made fake promises.

They didn't refund the amount for undelivered missing item and their services are very poor, First they told out of 8 item one item was out of stock remaining item will be delivered but only 4 item was delivered.

And that to cool down and soggy when I complain they told after 2 hours that three items are more out of stock and and their estimated delivery time was also increased to 1 hour and 30 minutes to delivery person.

And to customer support executive are constantly messaging and calling me and asking me either to receive remaining items or to cancel the order and again and again.

They are forcing me to cancel or receive the item I waited for 2 hours and 30 minutes and got this much issue and no one came forward and solve the issue my money got wasted.

I have made online payment and not received refund amount for or this missing food items they are just keep on telling me to complain in email.
