I Got Food Service In Very Bad Condition But They Are Not Responding

I got ice cream today packet which is given inside ice cream box is opened and melted ice cream I got it which cost 296 but customer service not giving proper resolution no response.
And ending chat but no response I want my refund and taking many charges but not giving proper food.
