I ordered mutton biryani(244.0/-) at 2.45pm on 26/05/2022 in swiggy application. And i received awful service. So i forwarded it to complaint box in application. They simply avoiding my concern and calls, providing email to forward issue to them.
I done through it an d got response as "Our quality team has thoroughly reviewed your Quantity Issue claim for order [Protected]. Unfortunately, your claim was found ineligible in accordance with our guidelines.
As a result, we will be unable to offer you any compensation for this Quantity Issue claim". It may be the little amount and i may be the one person, but if once i raise my voice against them, may the other people who was struggled and struggling about same or related concerns will join with me and they may got their rights.
I informed them about I'm complaining about my concern. And yet too they not cared about my concern and responding with pretexted or template texts. i hope you'll help to me.
