Not Delivering Product; Street Style Store

Hi sir/mam,
This is monalisa and this brand street style store is not delivering the product and its been 25 days now and there are other people also who facing the same issue. Also they are not replying or picking calls for the same.
The payment has already been made. Please take action against them either they will refund us or deliver our product we have paid for. Please help us. Some people have mentioned that they are not getting revert since 2 months.
I have attached the screen shots of other people who are asking for the same on their Instagram account.
