My younger brother had get injery on 4.1.21, and he is hospitalized in sterling hospital Ahamdabad. Today we demanded final bill for make payment and take discharge, hospital given a bill of rupees 14,30,941.00 as final bill,
I sent this bill to Bajaj Allianz company Ltd. for given final approval of payment to Hospital as per our cashless madicalim policy, Bajaj Allianz company has approved amount of rupees 10,00,000.00 final amount and sent a email of this approval letter to sterling hospital.
when i went to paying of remaining amount rupees 4,30,941.00 to hospital, they demand some more extra amount, and they say we received this final approval but you have to pay some extra amount to us as security, and it will be returning after some time.
when i demanding to policy document about this extra amount, they are not giving any documents of this policy, just say you have to pay, if you want to discharge.
Hospital did not tell anything about this type of rules when I was take admission or request to giving discharge before 2days, just immediately make a rule, I m in to much trouble, because the condition is my brother is critical and he need to immediately hospitals,
Other than when I talk to Bajaj Allianz company person, for same they told it is fully Inlegale , there is no rules of this type of demanding anything, and if Bajaj Allianz company given in return then what is problem.
So kindly help me as soon as possible.
