I placed an order and paid in full. I haven't received any confirmation of the order placed. I also did not get the item that I paid for. I also cannot track my order since I haven't got any information from Stella Kart regarding my order.

I emailed them enquiring about this. But I haven't received any reply. I request someone to please look into this matter and resolve my problem.
