State Bank of India (SBI): SBI Did Not Give Proper Response For My Missing Money

I tried to book the train ticket on IRCTC APP. Ticket was not booked, but my money was debited from my account. I send the money via google pay app. I send request to refund my money to IRCTC APP.

They responded that they didn't get money from my account. I request to sbi to check my money. I send every details regarding this complaint with proof via mail. They didn't give proper response.

Then I make a call customer care of sbi. They didn't pick up my call. I tried many times. But they didn't give an proper response. Finally I fed up with sbi. Please check my complaint.

Transaction date - April 16 2022
Transaction amount - Rs. 926.8
