Need CCTV Footage, Already Given Attested Application By Concerned

Resp Sir/Madam,
URGENT - Regarding an ongoing case investigation in firozpur city CCTV footage of(Outside Camera) ATM near baba ram lal gurudwara, opp devraj factory is needed.
Required authorised application was given on 8-June-2022 in the main SBI branch of Firozpur but the request is not being fulfilled correctly. They provided the wrong video and the closed the complaint without giving the actual required footage.
