With due respect I wanna kindly request u regarding the fraudulent transactions done on 29th and 30th of January 2020.Due to Covid SBI made online email based committee in which members from different wings were involved they have called repayment and seizure of the person account.

Even FIR WAS LODGED IN CRIME BRANCH GULBARGA WITH FIR NO:003/2020 but nothing has happened till now. Total amount was one lakh thirty three thousand.It was complete online phishing and even due to RBI guidelines they have compensate the person.

If it happened because of his fault he should be compensated 25000 rs for 1lakh above fraudulent transactions. I have all the details with me transactions ids,Emails, Phone numbers, FIR COPY ETC.

So I kindly request u sir to please help me regarding the case I am MBBS student it was my one year fee and I belong to lower middle class.Lost one precious year due to non payment of fee.

I have all the emails send by senior managers of bank where they have written for reversal and freezing of the account. Police has the picture of person also during his entry to the bank they know where they live but excuse police makes that it is not in their judiciary.

I have written to ADG cyber, SSP with letters but no response from their side. It has two years since I am wandering from one place to another. Branch head says it is not his domain to give refund.

By calling no of Sbi customer care, Emails to every grievance cell but no product reply. So I request u sir to please help me regarding this issue so that a poor person who was online looted with huge money for him.

I went into depression later concluded Psychiatrist also Dr Amul patenga sir. But I still have hope on judiciary that I will get some relief from the country the last resort for any Indian citizen.
